Honestly, since I am a big coffee drinker especially with Starbucks, the title is what intrigued me the most when I initially bought it and reading it now.
Too anecdotal without enough detail on how Starbucks actually implemented the values and fostered the culture. The author appeared semi-unbiased when he talked of Starbucks’ success stories, and he did not hesitate to address some of the bad press the company has received over the years.
