Most of the online KBs and articles I see about this issue say to install update rollup 7 for Exchange SP3, but we have that and are up to update rollup 13 installed and still the issue is not resolved. I did enable pipeline tracing and the only hint of an error that I see is: Another server has thrown up the same problem this time in Germany We are using a disclaimer software called Exclaimer but it’s not something i can disable in our org.
I made sure that the users do not have a fancy signature in Outlook, we do not use disclaimer rules at all, and none of our mailbox servers have any other software or add-ons installed. Please provide the following diagnostic text to your system administrator. It affects pretty much all users randomly. We do not have any disclaimers or transport rules set to modify storedrv.delivver or add signatures or anything like that.
